Hi there!
I'm Jen, a calligrapher and hand lettering artist based in Brooklyn, NY with other important moments of my life spent living in New Jersey and California. As a calligrapher and lover of all things hand written, I design and create pieces that feature my modern calligraphy for special gatherings, weddings, and gifts. I love being able to create something analog in our digital age that others can hold onto for years to come.
My calligraphy and lettering has been featured on custom stationery, prints, rubber stamps, and details for weddings and events across the US. My love for handwriting, art, and design have been an ongoing part of my life from my summers spent at art camp to years of working at an art museum’s Art Education department. Since I was a kid, I have experimented with lettering in different styles and love connecting with friends through handwritten letters and greeting cards. I first discovered modern calligraphy in 2015, while living in San Francisco and working on ways to enhance the envelope designs for my holiday cards - I’ve known it was my favorite medium ever since.
When I'm not working on calligraphy projects, I'm designing learning & development experiences, buying too many greeting cards at a local card shop, or hosting potlucks and dinners for friends and family.
